Exercise Programs
Weekly exercise programs include tone and stretch, tap dancing, Pilates, Hatha Yoga and chair aerobics. There's something for everyone - regardless of age or energy level. The Norwalk Senior Center is dedicated to keeping our members active and fit to improve the quality of life at any age.
Health & Wellness Presentations
In addition to weekly exercise programs, the Norwalk Senior Center also provides members with presentations on medical issues by Norwalk Hospital and area physicians. Individual health screenings, blood pressure monitoring, Flu vaccinations and nutritional counseling are also available.
